WELCOME TO FAZBOOK
My favorite cat movie is Mrs. Ashboro's Cat, aka Ghost Cat, put out by the Animal Planet TV. It hasn't been shown for years. Sigh.
Breakfast at Tiffany's. I know that the cat (called Cat) is not featured all the way through the film, but he is a crucial plot device and is a symbol of Holly's transient lifestyle. And he totally steals the show at the end and brings Holly and Paul ('Fred') together. The first time Kate (my houseperson) saw the film, she cried at the end because of the cat's predicament (don't want to give too much away) rather than the blossoming romance of the humans. Not only is it my vote for Best Cat Film, it's my vote for Best Cat Actor in a Film Ever.
