The weather outside is frightful

I've been stuck in all morning but at least the rain has stopped now. I'm enjoying the fresh air, just sitting here, keeping an eye on things. Wood pigeon is sitting on the fence watching me watching him, all fluffed up because of the wind. Robin Redbreast is staying out of my way. Cheeky Squirrel is sitting opposite me eating a nut she's dug up, doesn't seem the slightest bit perturbed that I am here watching her.

Your weather may be frightful, but it's not as bad as our! We had 12" of snow and the temperature dropped to 10F. But we're not allowed out so we stay nice & toasty while we watch our birdies on the feeders.

Faz, you are a nice tri-color and should join my Coats of Many Colors group. If you do, I'll send you a membership button for your sidebar.

Hi Faz I have not been around much as I have been on a typography course. So can you stop using Mac quotes in your blog, it really upsets me.

By the way my leg has nearly grown back

Speak soon. Fazzys friend

We had frightful weather of a different kind in Tasmania yesterday... 29C/82F. That is officially THFC (too hot for cats) weather. It makes me miserable and oh so grumpy. I just try and sleep. Which is what I also do when it's really, really cold. And in between. But I'm not quite so grumpy then.

Hey... what do squirrels taste like? We don't have them. I'm mainly into birds and rats (when they're around).
