I CAN do this!

I've been getting some really good advice from all my blogging pals on the merits of diet versus surgery and, despite Dr Daisy being the best ever cat surgeon in the history of the world, I have decided to try the diet option first.

I realised things had gone too far when I attempted to steal a whole pheasant this weekend. I got caught reaching my paw through the kitchen window trying to grab it off the window ledge (where it was waiting to go into the oven).

This has got to stop. I now realise food is ruling my life.

From now on I am going to stick to diet food for breakfast, supper and my 3 AM snack. Wish me luck. FAZ

I left a comment earlier and blogger ate it, somehow... or maybe you ate it? just kidding.

Yes, I think you can do this! It will make you a stronger and snazzier kitty. And... you will fit through that "cat flap" without any problems

I hope today is a very happy day for you.

Good luck on your diet, Faz. You tried to snag a whole pheasant? Now that's ambition! Thank you for visiting my blog. I really liked the limerick you wrote about me.

The very first step to getting better is to realize that you have a problem. I know you can do it Faz, I have faith in you!!!

(but I am ready with my straws, just in case).

I'm glad you decided against the surgery Faz. You'll be a lot happier with the results from sticking to the diet.

Thank you for visiting my blog! I don't really live in Goober Gulch. It's a nickname for Portales (our city), which is in a rural area. The major crop is peanuts, which are sometimes called goobers. It is fun living here 'cuz we have a big yard and lots of birdies to watch.

My staff switched us to "lite" cat food, which is anofur werd for "diet" but it's always available so we're not aposed to notice. Faz, I'm not fooled, but Victor is.
I still fink using feline hypnosis on yur beans is a good bet. And staring intently at the cupboard where the food is stored.
Good luck and best wishes, Bonnie
