How to avoid hunger pangs at 4.30 AM

I was blogging with 'me old mucker' Pablo last
week and he mentioned there was often a bit of family tension when he had to wake up his human (Kate) for an early morning snack.

I know from other blogging pals that their humans also seem to get upset with these early morning wake up calls for some reason.

This device is how my human resolved our little early morning contretemps.

I now get fed 'automatically' at 4.30 AM every morning which just about keeps me going until 7.30 AM.

SNARF!

Dear Faz,
That looks like a nice little piece of equipment ...
but, I have to admit, waking my mom at 4:30 am is so much fun ... I'd do it even if I wasn't hungry!

Oh, I think we could use a couple of those. one for 2 AM and one for 4:00 AM and perhaps another at 7 AM just in case...

You look very satisfied with this new plan. Does it just pop open? Do you sit and wait for it then? Wouldn't it be nice if it played a little happy tune when it opens so that you can come running tearing around the corners of the house, from beside mommies bed.

Happy day Fazzielovebucket

Now that's furry interesting. However, Cheysuli, the noisiest of us, doesn't like dry food.

That is pretty cool! However I have trained my humans to leave food in the bowl at all times. Doesn't stop me from waking them though.

Our mom leaves crunchy food out all the time for Tommy and Me but has been threatening to put us on a diet.

I don't want mom to see that feed timer thingy because then she might force us to go on a diet...no way.

yes...but it is way more fun to torment the pet human in the morning!!!!!!!! i think the food tastes better that way!

Awesome Faz,
I am not an overnight snacker. I waits til my mum wakes up in the morning by herself. Then I need biscuits, and I forget where they are every morning. So she has to go and show me where they are - every day.

You sure have your beans trained well. You could make a fortune selling those. you should have an ad and sell them from your blog. You could call them Fazs food friends.

That is a neat contraption. My Lady uses a big feeder and lets Clyde and I eat whenever we want. We aren't even fat. I think it will catch up with us and then The Lady will put us on a diet.

That is cool!
But sometimes, food at 430am (or 3am or 230am for mine case) is more fun if you can dwag a sweepy mummy up together with you.

That is a good idea!
I normally wake my humans up between 6am and 7am. They have no problems with that, because they have to wake up at that time to get ready for work.

Hey Christine. Finally I get a chance to see your blog - it's meant leaving China for a while and coming to Thailand but there you go. Really nice site and you clearly keep it much more updated than I do mine! Did you have another blog too (sorry I can't put my fingers on the address...). Cheers. Pat (Slowboat)

I have one of those, but I still wake my dad up early in the morning - I need my head rubs!

Kate has already asked Nick if he would get her one for Christmas. It would be a present to her if I didn't wake her up before 6am! But I'm inclined to agree with Mick. I'd probably wake her up just for the fun of it.
