WELCOME TO FAZBOOK
And a tent to sleep in (we can use it to play tent wars when I get back)But I am not so keen on the idea of those huskies. Maybe I can get a team of cheeky squirrels to pull my sled instead.
Wow, Faz, you are very brave to walk on the snow like that! I think I would freeze. Snowshoes sound like a good idea. I like those tents - very cool!
i LOVE the tent!!!!
Those tents look cozy!
Faz, you must order custom made mittens for your paws to protect your precious toes!!Hmmmm. I'm not sure there are any squirrels in the Antartic. I'm not even sure there are sled dogs! Maybe you could catch a ride with a friendly penguin.
Making great progress!
Faz, you are smart to practice in the snow so you are prepared for your trip. I hope those showshoes are not too hard to walk in!
Yup, that's a tent to end all tents. I really don't think that you would want to go on your journey without mittens and a scarve that can double as a blanket!
You know you'll be following in brave pawsteps. Since the post- WW2 base was set up, Tubby the cat arrived and then later eight-week-old Tiddles from the Falkland Islands who now has a small monument at the north of the Goudier Island. First post war female feline was named Bridget then changed to Dizzy after befriending Peso the mongrel.Check out purr-n-fur for more.Miaows from rashbre
It looks like you're getting ready to go. I'd watch out for those huskies, though. They tend to be all about hunting. I'm afraid they might think you're prey or something. I know you're tough and can handle it, but why take unnecessary risks? Titus
faz i am scarit of this cold stuff! don't go!!1smiles, auntie bee
Love the tent...be cfcareful if you hire squirrels..they like to drink beer all day.
*giggle* *giggle* -- I love your idea of getting a team of cheeky squirrels to pull your sled! The huskies are very beautiful and I'm sure they're very strong, but you aren't very big and wouldn't need a big sled. You are such a delightfully adventurous girlcat! Purrs and snuggles from Marilyn.
Those tents are huge. You could almost fit every kitty in the whole world in that tent.
Mommie just arrived home from her trippy to Blizzie and we asked to go to your bloggie immediately to check on the progress of your fast approaching expedition. It looks like you have the proper supplies, and the snow shoos are a good idea. walking on that wet cold mess does not look so fun.... but then think of the sacrifices you made for the trip to outerspace... so this one could be a complete picnic. We hope your preparations continue to go as planned. continued Best wishes, Fazbuckets'Olove!purrrs from the curlybuckets<3
Fazzie how many squirrels will you need? One hundred, two hundred? hahahahaha
Did it snow in Wimblemum in July?
I can see that you are getting yourself ready for the cold. Do you do the step, shake the paw, step dance in the snow? Snowshoes are definitely a good idea. I also like the idea of using cheeky squirrels to pull your sled instead of dogs.
That are very good preparations, Faz. Maybe you can visit me in winter in Sweden and try out your snowshoes. I think you also could take a Swedish moose or reindeer with you to pull your sled.
I WANT one of those tents!!! Seriously though, don't go near those huskies. They're BIG! Squirrels would be the way to go, if you can stop yourself from eating them. Hey, your AFL team (assigned in my comp) won tonight! Collingwood beat the Swans by 38 points. Impressive! Congrats.
Yikes, best wishes to you - I'm not sure I'd enjoy being that cold!
Hope your fur it thickening up nicely after the summer in preparation! You have an award @http://www.ladybanana.co.uk/
"Wow" looking at this picture makes me shiver. Your one brave kitty Faz.
Ha! Kitty snowshoes! Those are brilliant;)
Oh my Faz - are you planning to go to Antarctica??? I would never do that! I like the desert, anything under 70 degree feels cold....Thanks for your support after Anastasia's disappearance, I miss her terribly but I am back in the blogosphere! She might be too - I found a comment of hers on Oscar's blog....!Your friend Karl
Be careful not to get frostbite on your paws!Luf, Us
You are so funny and are doing such a good job preparing for your wonderful adventure! I definitely think you should have cheeky squirrels to pull your sled...but what if you get hungry on your trip?...guess you had better bring a few extra cheeky squirrels for a snack...and bring real nip for the nippy weather.
Wow! You get to walk in the snow! There are no snow in Malaysia :(
I'd love to see you in those snowshoes, faz!
