Name the Wabbit Competition

This is my friend Wabbit. He's been recently adopted as his previous owners had to move.

The good news is that he now has new owners who love him and look after him but he needs a name. All suggestions are warmly welcomed. Christine will give £1 to the Hillside Animal Sanctuary for every entry.

Purrs FAZ

One entry per blog. Entries close Wednesday 11th February 2009. The judge's decison is final.

We think Wabbit is a funny name!:) He looks like a strapping great lad, we are happy he is in a safe home. Is Thumper a bit obvious?

I say he should be named Bigwig. Although, he doesn't really have a patch of fur on his head. There's another one called Buckthorn.

He looks a very nice wabbit with his big floppy loppy ears. We can't think of a name. We will have to go away and think about it.

That's very good of his new humans to take him in, and really great that you're donating in his name -- whatever that turns out to be. ;-)

Well, "Greyson" comes to mind, although it's hard to come up with a really good name without knowing more about his personality, but his new owners will have that opportunity.

Now, if *you* had adopted it, Christine, I'd recommend "Fuz".

And it's probably not original, but why not name the rabbit Warren? :-)

Duke, or Hopkins? I think Wabbit's a good name, too.

Congratulations on the new member of your family. I know he'll have a good life with all of you :-D

I'm thinking Mocha Rumble should be the name! I don't know why, it just seemed to fit!

Oooh, Faz. We think he's a real pretty pretend cat. We think Silky would be good because his fur looks lovely and just like silk.

We would call him Bear, as he looks all snuggly and cuddly.

I love the picture of you in the snow Fazzie. Has it been a white February in Wimbledon?

We think his name should be...

Larry. But Pablo already suggested that so why not go with a famous poet or writer?

How about William Butler Yeats?

You can call him WillieB for short.
