You light up my life

This is Beachy Head near where we live at St Leonards on Sea. I can see it in the distance when I look out my window although I prefer looking at the seagulls that land outside on the balcony.

Mum says she has been to Beachy Head and has pictures from the other side. Mum thinks it is cool to see the light house at the base of the cliff.

Wow, look at that huge cliff! Don't go near the edge, Faz.

Wow! What a beautiful view! It looks kind of scary with that drop off so steep.

We live in the high desert so I have never seen a sea gull. Are they anything like pigeons or doves? I love to chitter when I see doves and pigeons.

What a lovely view you have outside your windows :-) I agree, the seagulls are the best though ;-)

We think it is very pretty and Mamma is jealous of that view too.

Breathtaking!! I wish I could see a lighthouse outside my window! All I can see is the car park.. :( But, lighthouses are a stone's throw away! :D

What a small world. The PM was just looking at pictures of that same area. Her Grammie died last summer and had wished that some of her ashes be scattered in England where she was from. She came to Canada as a war bride. The daughter of her best friend who lives in Wales, was sent some ashes mixed with some potpourri and she went to scatter them by The Seven Sisters. She took tons of photos and sent them to the family here in Canada.

Breathtaking views, no wonder her Grammie loved it so.
