I heard a terrible rumour ...

Apparently we are getting one of these in six weeks time.

Did I get consulted - NO I DID NOT!

Am I happy about this - NO I AM NOT!

I have just six weeks to sabotage their plans - any suggestions please let me know ASAP.

Oh, the kittens are cute. Maybe you will get both of them. ~S,S,C & F

PS: If you get both they will play with each other and you can watch. Then when you feel like playing you can, join in the fun. The rest of the time they mostly leave you alone as long as you take a firm paw from the start. I kinda let Scylla walk all over me. ~Socks

Sorry, we don't have any suggestions for you. Anything we've ever tried has failed as evident by the two new cats in our household within a year. Good luck to you.

But just think Faz, you will be able to naughty things and blame it on the introoder. They are cute though. You should be able to whap them into shape in no time.

That might not be so bad.

Faz, we think you will grow to love the new addition!!! You will at least get to boss it around and stuff!

*gasp!*

I can't believe I'm saying this, but it could be a good thing to have a little minion to do one's bidding... think about it before you go too far with the sabotage plans.

FAZ, we wouldn't get too upset yet. A lot can happen in 6 weeks. Still, you should discuss this with your mum straight away. Who knows, you might like having a feline housemate!

Ooh, Faz. We can sympathise...but when it's not a baby anymore, maybe you'll be able to play together.

My mom thinks they are so sweet and adorable! She wishes she could get one too.

If I were you I would ignore your mom for awhile!

People are totally without reason, Faz. Pure and simple, that is what they are!

Oh we don't think we can tell you how to sabatoge their plans 'cuz we think it's purrty exciting!

Well Faz, I can tell you raising a kitten can be a challenge. It's hard work but rewarding. All of my younger siblings were adopted as kittens, so I've raised 3 now.

Remember, every cat deserves to find their forever home so try to give the newcomer a break.

Oh Faz! You won't be an only cat anymore.

I don't have any good suggestions, Faz. The best thing is probably to just accept the addition to the household and make sure that he/she knows that you are the boss.

Don't worry Faz, little kittens are nice to have around the house. They taste pretty good if you put mayo on them.

Hey! you might find that the kittens could be fun for you!

Check out my blog about a colony of abandoned/feral cats near my home. There will be stories there as time goes on that could inspire and inform anyone you know who wants to help homeless cats.

Would you add me to your blog list?
