Day 1 - The Thing has arrived

Unfortunately, they won't let me beat him up - and believe me I have tried. Instead I am doing lots of hissing and yowling just to make sure he knows who is the boss around here.

Here's the 'Thing' with his mum, brother and sisters. Thank you so much for all your advice dear furrends, I think I am going to keep an open mind for now. Maybe the 'Thing' will be good fun to play with (in a nice way not in a 'mice' way). So I am hoping I will have a new furrend rather than a new furrfoe. Keep your paws crossed for me as I am actually getting quite excited now. Purrs FAZ

Look what I spied on the arm of the sofa today - I have never seen a white spider before. Is this spider unusual? Unfortunately the girl human caught it using a glass and a piece of card and put it outside before I could make it my breakfast. Darn that girl.

Sorry we haven't been around to visit much lately. The girl human has RSI in her arm which means she can't type very well or play tennis and is also recovering from the dreaded SWINE flu (she said to say it wasn't much fun but she's getting better now).
