On Holiday

In the North of England near Clitheroe, deep in the Ribble Valley, we discovered a steep stone ladder ...

that led to this little foot bridge ...

that led to this pretty river ....

that led to this weir ...

that led to this face carved into an old tree and surround by ivy

that eventually led to this old castle

Where am I, Faz, whilst the humans are exploring?
Why, home asleep in the sun of course.
Cheers my dears.

Our human staff wonders, How many humans have passed that way over the centuries... of course, we're here in the US, which has only a couple of hundred years of history under present management...

That looks like a pawsome amount of walking. You're probably happier home sleeping.

Beautiful scenery, though.

I love that stone ladder and that face carved in the tree and the castle and all the rest. Wow!

Faz, I would do the same. Snooze in the sunshine. It's always the best.

What a lovely walk and exploration...and to find a castle at the end. All that is needed is a rainbow with the pot of gold...
